Public offer

This document is an official offer (public offer) by ИП Ячменьков Андрей Сергеевич (the “Contractor”) to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below. Acceptance of the offer is registration on the site rankid.pro and/or payment for services.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor gives the user access to the service functions:

• community member subscription (extended features, discounts);
• organising and running tournaments (paid plans and packages);
• sale of goods (gear) through the online shop;
• service functions: rating, profile, scoreboard, tournament registration.

2. Price and payment

• Member subscription: 278 ₽ per month; 3 months with a 10% discount; a year with a 25% discount. The first month is free.
• Running tournaments on the platform is free. Certain extended organiser features may be charged for; current terms are published on the site.
• Shop goods are sold at the prices shown on the product cards at the time of ordering.
• Payment is made through payment services (SBP, bank cards). A receipt is issued in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

3. Recurring (automatic) payments

For the member subscription and the Club PRO subscription, automatic charging (recurring payments) may be used via the YooKassa payment service:

• Activation. At the first payment, with the user’s consent (the “remember card” box on the YooKassa payment form), the payment method is saved for subsequent automatic charges. Bank card details are saved; payment via SBP is not saved for automatic charging.
• Frequency and amount. The charge is made automatically at the end of each paid period (month/quarter/half-year/year, according to the chosen plan) in the amount of the plan’s price in effect at the time of charging. No additional payment confirmation is required.
• Notification. The user is notified in advance of the upcoming charge and receives a notification of the result (success/failure).
• Cancellation. The user may at any time, without giving a reason, disable automatic charging in their account — “Unlink card” on the subscription page (for Club PRO — in the club dashboard). The saved payment method is deleted on the Contractor’s side and future charges stop. Access already provided remains until the end of the paid period.
• Failed charge. If an automatic charge fails (insufficient funds, card unavailable, consent withdrawn by the user through the bank), access moves to a grace mode until the payment method is updated; where necessary the Contractor stops using the saved payment method.

4. Refunds

Refunds for digital services are made for the unused period on request. Refunds for goods are made in accordance with the Russian Federation Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Refund requests: hello@rankid.pro.

5. Personal data processing

By placing an order or registering, the user agrees to the Personal Data Processing Policy and gives Consent to personal data processing (separate documents on the site).

6. Intellectual property and ban on automated collection

Ratings, the “Strength Index”/“Growth Index”, the methods used to calculate them, draws, statistics, the database of tournaments and players, and other materials of the site are the intellectual property of the Contractor and are protected by law (including as a database). Without the Contractor’s written permission the following are prohibited: automated collection (scraping, parsing, bots), mass copying, extraction of a substantial part of the database, and re-use, publication or resale of the site’s data and calculations. The Contractor may restrict access and apply technical protection measures.
