Personal data processing policy

This Policy sets out how personal data (“PD”) of users of the site rankid.pro is processed by the operator ИП Ячменьков Андрей Сергеевич (the “Operator”) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. What data is processed

• first name, last name, city, photograph (player profile);
• e-mail, phone, Telegram (registration, tournament applications, communication);
• activity data: rating, matches, applications, orders;
• technical data: cookies, IP address, device type (analytics and security).

2. Purposes of processing

• providing the service functions (profile, rating, tournaments, shop);
• processing applications and payments, performing the agreement (offer);
• informing about tournaments and news (with consent);
• ensuring security and preventing fraud.

3. Legal grounds

The data subject’s consent, performance of the agreement (offer), and the Operator’s legitimate interests.

4. Storage and protection

PD of Russian citizens is processed and stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect PD. A player’s contact details (phone, Telegram) are available only to the organiser and referee of the relevant match, on the principle of data minimisation.

Retention periods. PD is stored for as long as the account and the agreement (offer) are in effect, and afterwards for the periods set by Russian law (including for accounting and tax records of payment transactions), or until the data subject withdraws consent. Once the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, PD is deleted or anonymised.

Cross-border transfer. PD is not transferred across borders — processing and storage take place in the territory of the Russian Federation.

5. Disclosure to third parties

PD may be passed to payment services and the goods-accounting service solely for the performance of the agreement. The Operator does not sell PD to third parties.

6. Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to obtain information on the processing of their PD, to require that it be clarified, blocked or deleted, and to withdraw consent by sending a request to hello@rankid.pro.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies for the session and analytics. By continuing to use the site, the user agrees to their use.
