Club permission to publish

These terms are accepted by a club’s owner or representative (the “club”) when they tick the box while registering the club on rankid.pro, applying for a club from the catalogue or in the club dashboard. The permission is given to ИП Ячменьков Андрей Сергеевич (“RANKID”; INN 540207532272; OGRNIP 323784700420591; address 196066, г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Типанова, д. 4, лит. А, кв. 7; e-mail hello@rankid.pro).

1. What you allow

The club allows RANKID, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to use:

• the club’s name, logo and trademarks;
• photos of the club;
• other public information about the club: address, club contacts, schedule, courts, prices, tournaments.

“Non-exclusive” means the club keeps using its materials and may allow others to use them. RANKID may resize and crop the club’s logo and photos to fit a page or post without distorting them.

2. Where RANKID may use it

• on rankid.pro: the club catalogue, the map, the club page and tournament pages, screens and scoreboards in halls;
• in RANKID materials: social media, newsletters, news, presentations and posts.

RANKID may mention its cooperation with the club and call it a RANKID partner or a RANKID club.

3. Term

The permission is valid while the club is on the site and until it is withdrawn. The site and social media are open from any country, so the permission is not limited to a territory.

4. What you confirm

You represent the club and may give this permission: the logo, trademarks and photos belong to the club or are used with the right holder’s permission. If someone tells us a material was posted without their permission, we will remove it and let you know.

5. How to withdraw

You can withdraw the permission at any time with the “Withdraw permission” button in the club dashboard or by e-mail to hello@rankid.pro from the club’s owner or representative. After that we remove the club’s logo and mentions of cooperation from the site within 10 working days and publish no new posts or newsletters about the club as a RANKID partner; social media posts published before the withdrawal are not deleted. Results of past tournaments stay on the site. If the club wants its page removed from the catalogue and the map, say so in the same e-mail.

6. What is not included

This permission covers the club, not people. Personal data of the club’s staff, coaches and players is not included. Names and contacts of club managers are shown on the club page under a separate rule, as now: the club adds a person’s contacts only with their consent. Player profiles are shown with the players’ own consent.

7. Other

The permission is free: RANKID pays the club nothing for using the materials, and the club pays nothing for being in the catalogue and on the map (paid features such as Club PRO are under the offer). If the terms change, the new version will appear on this page and we will ask club owners to confirm it in the club dashboard.
